We warmly welcome you to our Apartments Promberger*** in St. Lorenzen and our Apartments Desirée*** in St. Vigil in Enneberg. Both holiday homes are located directly at the foot of Mt. Kronplatz skiing and hiking area, in the green Pustertal valley. The Dolomites are within reach here and offer countless recreational opportunities in every season.
The Apartments Promberger are located in Montal near St. Lorenzen and are characterised by magnificent environs, a cosy wellness area with sauna, steam bath, whirlpool and relaxation room. So that you can enjoy your holiday in the Apartments Promberger without any worries, we are happy to provide you with fresh bread every morning. In addition, the apartments are close to the top skiing area Mt. Kronplatz, which also promises unforgettable holiday fun in summer.
The elegantly furnished Apartments Desirée in St. Vigil in Enneberg are also located at the foot of the Mt. Kronplatz skiing and hiking area. From here, you can easily start your exploration tours in the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites and the Fanes-Sennes-Prags Nature Park. The cosy wellness area of our house Promberger in St. Lorenzen is also available for our guests of the Apartments Désirée and provides pleasant hours of relaxation.

Summer
In summer, our guests relax in the cosy gardens of our holiday homes, in the outdoor swimming pool of Bruneck or in the Cron4 in Reischach. However, the highlights of your summer holiday at Apartments Promberger and Apartments Desirée are definitely the hikes in the impressive Dolomites and extensive bike tours in the mountains or on the family-friendly bike paths of Pustertal.
Winter
Our local mountain Kronplatz is not one of the most popular skiing areas in South Tyrol for nothing. Over 100 km of perfectly prepared slopes, modern lift and snow-making facilities and inviting ski huts make every skier's heart beat faster. Those who want to discover the enchanting winter landscape in peace are offered the many winter hiking trails, cross-country ski runs and natural toboggan runs.
Dolomites
The UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites are right on the doorstep of our apartments. The pale mountains of the Dolomites are known and loved worldwide. Mountaineers appreciate their versatility, photographers their grace and nature lovers the unique landscape. The South Tyrolean Dolomites offer fantastic panoramas and exciting leisure activities and are therefore always worth a visit.

The prices are to be understood per apartments with an occupancy of 2 persons. The price includes final cleaning, water, parking, bed linen and 1x use of sauna and whirlpool in our House Promberger in St. Lorenzen.
The prices listed do not include a local tax of 2.50 € per person (from 14 years) and day, which is paid on site. The local tax is listed separately on the bill and charged to the respective municipality.
Please consider Saturday as the day of arrival or departure when planning your holiday. In summer, in the low season, arrival and departure can also take place on weekdays. On the day of arrival, the apartments can be occupied from 2:00 pm. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the rooms by 09:30 am.
Free WLAN is available in all apartments.
The well-being of our guests is close to our hearts. That is why there is everything in our small but fine wellness oasis in the House Promberger to let an eventful day in the fresh mountain air come to a relaxing end. In our sauna and steam bath you can enjoy soothing warmth and recharge your batteries. You can experience pure relaxation and recuperation in our whirlpool and in the cosy relaxation room. Guests in the Apartments Desirée can also use the wellness facilities free of charge.
As a guest you will receive the Holidaypass for the duration of your stay. With this advantage card, you can use the public transport in South Tyrol free of charge.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in our apartments. We ask for your understanding!
We would also like to point out that a deposit of 200 € is required for reservations. For prices for short stays (less than 5 days) please contact us.
Please let us know in good time if you are going to be late/unable to start your holiday or if you are leaving early. There is no right of cancellation in terms of the Consumer Protection Code, however we grant you the following cancellation conditions: In the event of cancellation, this deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.

at participating ski rental services, you will receive a price reduction of 20% on the rental of ski equipment and a 15% discount at participating skiing schools (minimum three days group ski course or minimum three hours individual ski lessons).
Last valid night to stay: December 19, 2025, last valid day for the skipass: December 20, 2025. The offer is also valid for the stay and skipass of eight days for the price of six.
You will receive the corresponding vouchers from us with which you will receive the associated services free of charge or at the reduced rate. The vouchers are not transferable, have an expiration date, and are retained when used.
